THE DESERT PEARL Real EstateDDX Global has licenses to provide consulting services and to carry out real estate related activities.Our primary service is tokenization consultancy. In addition, we work with world-leading partners to complete asset management projects, where we add value to assets that we have tokenised.

Vision

Inspired by the dynamism of the Dubai economy and the changing world order, our vision is to create new, world-class real estate tokenization opportunities by increasing previously unavailable property liquidity.We will drive flexible wealth creation opportunities through the use of a purpose-specific Digital Exchange and a gold-backed digital currency that is positioned to be a regional digital payment capability.TOKENIZATION WILL REVOLUTIONISE THE WAY PHYSICAL ASSETS ARE MANAGED IN THE FUTURE.Tokenization is the splitting of asset rights into smaller parts. It is enabled by blockchain and smart contract technologies. Minting is an energy-efficient process to create tokens, while community minting uses a decentralized community running hardware and software to securely operate the blockchain and smart contracts.

The focus is currently on two specific areas: Gold and Real Estate. Working to create world-leading real estate assets, which will take us somewhere between 3 and 6 years. We’ll use tokenization across all stages of the project – from early land deals right through to finalized residential and commercial properties.One of the current projects is the Desert Project.
