Worker Accommodation/Tourist Rentals: 14 three-bedroom apartments (67 sqm each) and 51 two-bedroom/double rooms with mini-kitchens (18 sqm each), plus a photovoltaic system.
Office Building: Featuring small offices, a reception meeting room (750 sqm), and commercial space (1,000 sqm), accompanied by a photovoltaic system.
Gastronomy Facilities: Includes a bowling alley (345 sqm), a Styrian lounge (280 sqm), extended toilet facilities (80 sqm), storage rooms, a boiler room, cold rooms, a staff lounge (160 sqm), a ballroom with mobile walls (390 sqm), a covered terrace (250 sqm), and a renovated restaurant (280 sqm).

SIDO Immobilien GmbH develops real estate, rents apartments similar to a hotel business, offers a co-working space, and runs a gastronomy and leisure business after completion of all planned projects.
Development of real estate
With the development of real estate, an individual concept is to be created and implemented for each plot, according to its diversified potential. The focus is on the balance of ecological, economic, and social aspects.
Rental of apartments
The existing and to-be-built apartments are rented as service apartments to companies and their employees. This rental is usually done on a daily basis and ancillary services are offered.
Co-Working Space
With an office building that is to be used as a co-working space for young companies and SMEs, the location will be further revived and further synergy effects with the other fields of activity will be created.
Gastronomy and leisure business
The gastronomy and leisure business has been active on the market for many years and is operated by Zoißl's Heurigen Schenke Betriebs GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of SIDO Immobilien GmbH. In addition to a restaurant, a cellar bar, and a bowling alley are offered to offer guests a complete range of food and celebrations.
Through this existing and still to be developed business model and the corporate structure, the company generates profits from day one, in which the token holders are involved proportionately.
