• Establishment of VOO Aviation Services company, a development entity and 100% subsidiary of VOO Holding.

2021:

• Launch of the VOO B2B business aviation marketplace.

2022:

• Introduction of VOO Flights company, operating the VOO gateway and a 100% subsidiary of VOO Holding.

2023:

• Tokenization of VOO Holding Company, with a maximum total of 25% of the company.

• Commencement of the (pre)sale of the VOO Minting HUB.

2024:

• In the first and second quarters, launch of the VOO APP for Commercial Airlines.

• In the first and second quarters, initiation of the VOO gateway referral program.

• Introduction of the VOO B2C business aviation solution.

2025 and Beyond:

• Development of advanced air mobility solutions, including Air Mobility as a Service (AAM u UAM), air taxis, and drones.
