🚑How to request a repair for your ZENIQ Hub

Write to the support under KMINTINGS and receive the instructions.

  • User needs to open a ticket writing KMINTINGS→ Support → ZENIQ → Physical Hub → ZENIQ Hub Activation → select the correct Hub from the drop-down (if he has more than one Hub). Only then, Support has the needed visibility and option to initiate the eventual Repair.

  • User has to describe the issue.

  • After collecting and analyzing all the necessary information and if the technical team confirms that there is indeed a hardware issue that cannot be resolved remotely (e.g., through updates), KMINTINGS Support will provide the user with a personal returnvoucher code. The exact steps for sending the broken device to the Hub Repair service will also be communicated within the same ticket history.
