Write to the support under KMINTINGS and receive the instructions.
User needs to open a ticket writing KMINTINGSβ Support β ZENIQ β Physical Hub β ZENIQ Hub Activation β select the correct Hub from the drop-down (if he has more than one Hub). Only then, Support has the needed visibility and option to initiate the eventual Repair.
User has to describe the issue.
After collecting and analyzing all the necessary information and if the technical team confirms that there is indeed a hardware issue that cannot be resolved remotely (e.g., through updates), KMINTINGS Support will provide the user with a personal returnvoucher code. The exact steps for sending the broken device to the Hub Repair service will also be communicated within the same ticket history.
